HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for our blankets to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. Other countries will deliver time 10-15 business days.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address. 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS. 

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International shipping is available currently.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

- If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

* Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?
- For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Love Mine Gifts Support Team. 
* I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

* How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. 
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
* International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
